"Wow!!! Dan came early not late for the appointment. He asked questions, listened to our concerns, then he went outside and examined the perimeter of the house. Dan found the entry point for our uninvited house guest. He said it’s a very easy fix that you can do yourself. He told us what was needed to be done, then he said good bye. My husband said wait, what do we owe you? Dan said “ Nothing, have a nice day” . We will definitely keep their business card for future use, Thank you Dan and co."

"They came out for a free inspection…I was worried that free meant he’ll find something no matter what. What an honest man he said I didn’t need his services and walked right out. I will definitely be calling if I need anything and recommending him as someone honest."

"We called Dan on the advice of a local realtor after having a very bad experience with another pest control company. I spoke first with Dan’s wife who promptly put us in contact with Dan to schedule an inspection. Dan came out fat within a couple of days and spent nearly an hour with us, looking at the house, reviewing a prior pest report and listening to our concerns. At the end, instead of selling us a service we didn’t need, he offered solid advice and refused to take anything for his trip out to the Bay. There aren’t many professionals left in any industry that would do such a thing but it’s a testimony to this company’s integrity. Living on the coast, we definitely have an ongoing issue with termites and will not hesitate to call Dan and his team to perform any service or inspection that we have in the future. We give him an enthusiastic two thumbs up."

"Currently Jamie, with Wine Country Pest, is assisting us in removing a battalion of four-legged, long tailed squatters that have invaded our home. I could hear them chewing and running about in the (attic) ceiling above my bed. Unable to sleep well (in short spurts of time - every noise turned into a rat) this affected my mental state as I am terrified of rats. Ter-ri-fied. I also work at home so there was no escape. Needless to say we adore Jamie! We are in week three of our siege and it's an exciting day when we know Jamie is coming to check traps or seal a breach that has been furtively excavated. Knowing that a hostile force of beady-eyed opponents await, Jamie pops in to the 120+ degree attic (we all know how hot it's been in SoCo) with a admirable attitude. He even found the source of our flickering lights where these destructive rodents created a fire hazard by chewing down to bare wires. Jamie's attention to detail allowed us to promptly get an electrician to make repairs in this old home, still with some plaster and lath, that would go up like tinder. (* Shout out to the electrician, Juan, for some life-saving fixes). WAY TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND, JAMIE!! He demonstrates a great work ethic. He has been helpful with answering our questions: e.g. "Does peppermint oil really help?" Yes it does! He says peppermint essential oil can be effective in encouraging rats to avoid certain areas. We are using it in bedrooms and the kitchen and we agree. He is also patient while listening to our terrifying tales of what is happening between his visits. There was a bit of a bumpy start in getting the company out here as quickly as I felt was needed. Eleven days seemed excessive when I was wide awake at 3:00 AM and listening to the chewing. There is more to do and I intend to send an update. Only three days until Jamie's arrival - looking forward to more success!!!"
